Shipping: In-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of your order. For U.S. orders we ship United States Postal Service Priority Mail. If your order exceeds our parameters for shipping using our USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate pricing for either domestic or international shipments, we will have to charge the exact postage for your package. Large orders may be shipped United Parcel.
For International shipments we ship United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail. Orders over 12-15 items may have additional shipping charges because of weight (4# limit). If this occurs, you will be notified via email of those additional charges and your approval. Distributor orders of over 300 pieces will automatically be shipped via UPS World Wide Express.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Undeliverable or Refused packages: If your order is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, you will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to G & W Heel Lift, Inc for the return of the package. If the cost to return the goods to us is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
G&W Heel Lift also offers UPS Ground, UPS Red (1 Day) and UPS Blue (2 Day) service to expedite delivery time for an additional charge.
Refunds: If you would like to exchange your items for a different size, or get a refund, just ship it to us with a note explaining what you would like for us to do. We will cheerfully refund your money if you are not satisfied for any reason.
